North Hobart Apartments offer comfort, style and convenience within easy access to all Hobart has to offer. Our beautifully restored building dates back to the early 1900s and over the decades it has served the local community as a green grocers, a general convenience store and take away cafe. We are proud to have saved and restored the building by including two ground level studio apartments at the rear and a stunning two bedroom corner apartment above the original store which now offers a delightful Korean and Japanese lunchbox and sushi menu.
North Hobart Apartments are ideally situated for holiday, business and professional visits with easy access to the CBD, major hospitals, sporting arenas and convention facilities. The property is secured with CCTV and onsite parking is available on request. The North View Apartment sleeps four in luxury and can sleep up to six while the Studios sleep two in luxury and can sleep up to four. Children can be accommodated.
The State Cinema and the Post Office are only a five minute (400metres) walk and Hobart’s CBD is an easy thirty minute down-hill walk (or just 5 minutes by car) and another ten minutes’ walk on to Hobart’s historic waterfront and the Salamanca Markets. There are bus stops in and out of the city only metres away on Argyle Street with more frequent services operating from Elizabeth Street.
MONA is 15 minutes by car and forty minutes by public transport. Kunanyi/Mt. Wellington is thirty minutes to the top and Mt. Field National Park is a picturesque eighty minute drive. The historic village of Richmond is 30 minutes by car while Port Arthur is ninety minutes from the city.
